Since joining Bear Robotics in 2021, Jordan has helped achieve 25x growth in monthly active robots and 33x growth in monthly active locations while leading some of the largest teams at Bear during a period where the company grew 5x. Jordan Bryan is Director of Operations at Bear Robotics. He is entrusted with optimizing back-office operations for seamless efficiency and productivity. Utilizing a blend of strategic leadership, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail, he has spearhead initiatives that drive growth, enhance operational excellence, and elevate customer satisfaction. Prior to Bear Robotics, he held roles at Stryker, Mobius Imaging and Brainlab.
